It’s amazing to see kids who are so talented and dedicated to MMA, and i’m sure they will achieve alot of great things in the sport. But i can’t help but think that these kids have alot of pressure upon them? Especially with the Tapout sponsorship.

The Video of the K-1 World MAX 2010 -70kg Final 16: Mike Zambidis vs. Chahid Oulad El Hadj, very good fight. Both are strong fighters with “Iron” Mike Zambidis being a 13 times world champion.

Whats the deal with this guys entrances in K-1. He is clearly a fan of Cosplay, but is this detrimental to the K1 sport? Surely dressing up as a female cartoon character before your fight will be viewed in a negative way in the western world?

Will this be seen by those outside the sport as a gimmick of “Freak Show” in the same way as Hong Man Choi or Bob Sapp are viewed?
